OpenSciEd Summer PD
Loyola University Chicago's Center for Science and Math Education invites K-8 science teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators to join us for a two-day Introduction to OpenSciEd professional learning experience this summer.
Designed for educators interested in strengthening NGSS-aligned instruction through high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), this workshop will immerse participants in the student-centered routines and pedagogies that make OpenSciEd unique. Across both days, educators will engage in authentic learning experiences, collaborate with peers and instructional coaches, and explore a grade-level OpenSciEd unit to begin planning for classroom implementation.

Dates: August 13–14
Time: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
